Silver Creek

I'm Claus which rhymes with 'house'.

I have been deeply involved in the decorative plumbing industry for the past 35 years. From my earliest days, I have had a single goal - to make my customers happy and satisfied. It seems that somehow I've always known that if that single purpose can be accomplished, everything else would fall into place. Not only would my customers be pleased, they would likely spread the word about their pleasurable experience to family and friends who might also be looking for and needing my services. As those family and friends become happy customers, business automatically grows which pleases my employer. When these things happen, we can all be happy!

During my years in this business, I have been able to visit more than 800 showrooms throughout the United States, Europe, and several Asian countries. I've been able to work with sales people, showroom managers and owners in various capacities from sales person to manufacturer representative, even to being a remodeling contractor helping people make their dream homes possible. I have always shunned sales ploys designed to 'make big bucks for businesses' and have stuck with four pretty simple approaches:

  1. Listen to my customers
  2. Answer their questions
  3. Give them the information they need to make decisions
  4. Research what I may not already know

I also work closely with their contractors and plumbers to make certain that ordered merchandise is on site when it needs to be enabling the building process to move forward in a smooth and timely manner.

I invite you to come into the showroom and introduce yourself. I'd like nothing more than to make you my newest Happy Customer!

Hi Claus!

Thanks again for all your help with our tub fixture and faucet update! We love the new fixtures and the handheld w/ grab bar is wonderful—exactly what we were hoping for. The little girls have their very own “low shower head.” You really saved the day when you realized we needed a new wall valve, so thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Allison M.

You know, it doesn’t happen very often anymore, that my expectations were actually exceeded. Thank you.
